MONT REAGA LA ESPERA · Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot

Alcohol content: 13,5 % Vol.

Total Acidity: 5,9 g/l. Tar.

Vinification: Long traditional pumping over maceration with removal of seeds and controlled temperature, to extract the best colour and structure with enough smoothness to withstand the aging.

Aging: 18 months in French and American oak barrels with a capacity of 300 litres.

Tasting note

Colour: Ripe cherry with garnet hues.

Nose: Intense with fresh and herbal notes, inherent in Merlot variety. Spices such as paprika and cinnamon, with animal hints, clean leather, and smoky notes coming from the oak.

Palate: Smooth, fresh, mellow, long, unctuous wine, well balanced. We find a wine with a strong structure and a fresh smoky finish, a long-aging wine...

Pairing: Serving temperature around 17-18º C. Round wine, easy to harmonize. A perfect wine for haute cuisine, stew and meat dishes.

Varieties: 100 % Syrah.

PGI: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla.

Alcohol content: 14,0 % Vol.

Total Acidity: 6,2 g/l. Tar.

Vinification: Long traditional pumping over maceration with removal of seeds and controlled temperature, to extract the best colour and structure with enough smoothness to withstand the aging.

Aging: 18 months in French and American oak barrels with a capacity of 300 litres.

Tasting note

Colour: Garnet red with russet tones, clean and bright.

Nose: Intense, woody and elegant. We can find scents of dried fruits and spicy notes such as black pepper, black fruits and an earthy touch. Mineral nose, with notes of limestone and chalk.

Palate: Velvety and elegant aftertaste. Sophisticated, round, fruity and smooth wine. Well-balanced and full-bodied, unctuous, long and delightful.

Pairing: Serving temperature around 17-18º C. Clasic wine, easy to drink. To be harmonized with all kinds of dishes, specially stew dishes, as they enhance its elegance and pair perfectly well. Due to its unique character, you can also enjoy this wine on its own.

MONT REAGA EL SECRETO · Tempranillo & Syrah

Varieties: 50 % Tempranillo 50% Syrah.

PGI: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla.

Category: Gran Reserva.

Alcohol content: 14,0 % Vol.

Total Acidity: 6,2 g/l. Tar.

Vinification: Long traditional pumping over maceration with removal of seeds and controlled temperature, to extract the best colour and structure with enough smoothness to withstand the aging.

Aging: 36 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 litres.

Tasting note

Colour: Ripe cherry with russet tones, dark and bright.

Nose: Intense, elegant oak. Ripe black fruit scents, herbal notes and spicy aromas, such as paprika, cinnamon, fruits in liqueur, and balsamic and fresh wine.

Palate: Velvety and elegant aftertaste. Well balanced, with light and unctuous sensations; fresh finish with liquorice hints. Round, full-bodied, carnal wine.

Pairing: Serving temperature around 18º C. Modern wine, easy to drink. Tobe served with elaborated dishes, meat and stew dishes and modern cuisine.
