Alcohol content: 14,5 % Vol.

Total Acidity: 5,9 g/l. Tar.

Vinification: Long traditional pumping over maceration with removal of seeds and controlled temperature, to extract the best colour and structure with enough smoothness to withstand the aging.

Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 litres.

Tasting note

Colour: Garnet with intense reddish hues.

Nose: Deep and intense in the nose. Liquorice, chocolate, sweet paprika, pepper, mint and cinnamon notes. Mineral character.

Palate: Round, unctuous aftertaste, with a counterpoint of freshness and a mouth-filling finish, where we can find hints of black fruits and paprika. Impressive in the palate, it fills your mouth and lingers.

Pairing: Serving temperature around 18º C. Modern and different wine — a perfect pairing for high quality meats.
